Você sabe comer pequi?
In Goiânia, Lena takes her colleague Tom, on his first visit to Goiás, to try local food. He knows pamonha from São Paulo but doesn't know how to eat pequi — you must never bite it, it has spines inside. They order galinhada with pequi to share, a savoury pamonha and guaraná, ask for the bill and ask the waiter whether the 10% service charge is included.
